To call your son or daughter, you can do it two ways:

OPTION 1:

Call the Res Hall directly and ask to be transferred to your son/daughter's room.

OPTION 2:

If your student did make arrangements with the Telecommunications Office and has an extension number, then you can dial the extension directly. For example, if her extension is 2001, then you would dial (951) 785-2001.
