DO YOU KNOW THIS PERSON?
David
Dudley
Dr. Dudley is director of the
LSU Counseling Center. As a counselor, he talks to students
about life problems, relationships issues, adjusttment issues,
and career concerns. He is also an adjunct professor in the
Department of Modern Languages where he teaches French.
One
of Dr. Dudley’s passions is traveling, especially in
Europe. His favorite city in the world is Paris, France. During
the month of July he coordinates the Summer
in Paris program which gives students an opportunity to
improve their French while experiencing life in another culture.
Music
is another one of his passions. He is a violinist, a tenor
soloist and choral director. He especially loves singing Handel’s
Messiah during the Christmas season. At his church, he works
with young teenagers and enjoys helping them grow in their
relationship with Christ.
The Counseling Center is a place where you can talk about
whatever is” bothering” you with either a professional
male or female counselor. The service is FREE to all students
and strictly confidential.
The office is located on the basement level of La Sierra Hall
in room 115. You can also call x2011 to make an appointment.
