Welcome to a wonderful adventure as you begin your freshmen year of college! The faculty and staff of La Sierra University welcome you to campus and your orientation activities. Ignite begins in the afternon of September 16, and runs through noon on September 18. It will be held on the campus of La Sierra University and is required for all freshmen students. All freshmen will check into the residence hall on Monday evening September 17. Registration will take place in front of the statue on the front center of the campus and will run between 5:00 and 8:00 p.m. Follow this link to a campus map. Following registration, there will be an activity.
Ignite is very important and actually begins your academic career. By the end of the orientation, you will know some of the faculty, be able to navigate your way around the campus, and know members of your class. In addition, there will be planned activities that will help you prepare yourself for a successful school year.
