Classic Tournament. Elmhurst College beat

defeated LSU 7-2 in the

University. Alyssa Fischer went 3 for 3
at the plate and drove in one
run and Ashley Meneely & Anita Torres
drove in two runs apiece in
the first game. LSU dropped the second game
9-1 to College of St.
Catherine.

Friday afternoon. LSU dropped the first

in the second game winning 3-2. Ashley Meneely

bottom of the 6th inning

Golden Eagles Friday afternoon 3-1. Pitcher
Sabrina Garcia
pitched a two-hitter (run scored on an error)
against LSU (3-4).

DOUBLEHEADER AGAINST OXY'S...........

Sierra (3-3) beat Occidental College (0-6)
Sunday afternoon
6-2 and 4-1. In the first game Kristina
Saenz and Anita Torres
combined for 4 hits, drove in one run apiece
and each scored
a run to pace the Golden Eagles.
In the second game, Kristina Saenz went
3 for 4 at the plate, had
1 rbi and scored 2 runs to lead La Sierra.

noon against Simon Fraser University @ home.

Sophmore Sabrina Garcia pitched a one-hitter
against the Golden Eagles. In the second
game, La Sierra (1-3)
won their first game of the season, 3-1
behind the pitching of
Christina Westerhoff. Morgan Barron was
2 of 3 at the plate and
drove in one of the three runs scored by
LSU.
