Admissions Requirements
Admissions to the School of Education for graduate studies (MA) is determined by the Admissions Committee of the School based on the following factors:
Completion of a bachelor's degree at an accredited institution of higher learning.
Portfolio to include:
GRE general score
Letters of recommendation
Interview with advisor from department
Academic record with GPA of 3.0 or higher
Demonstration of satisfactory English language proficiency (for non-English language applicants)

Admissions Requirements
Admissions to the School of Education for doctoral status is determined by the Admissions Committee of the School based on the following factors:
GRE general score
Professional vitae with letters of recommendation
Documentation of academic achievements such as M.A. terminal assessment, research projects or manuscripts
Interview with advisor from department
Graduate academic record with GPA of 3.3 or higher
Demonstration of written communication proficiency
Demonstration of satisfactory English language proficiency (for non-English language applicants)
Tier 1, Preliminary Services Credential
Admissions Requirements
Admissions to the School of Education for graduate studies (MA or Tier 1) is determined by the Admissions Committee of the School based on the following factors:
Completion of a bachelor's degree at an accredited institution of higher learning.
Portfolio to include:
GRE general score
Letters of recommendation
Interview with advisor from department
Academic record with GPA of 3.0 or higher
Demonstration of satisfactory English language proficiency (for non-English language applicants)
Tier 2, Administrative Services Credential
Admissions Requirements
Candidates concurrently pursuing a Professional Administrative Services Credential or a post-MA degree will need to meet the following additional requirements:
Graduate academic record with a GPA of 3.3 or higher
Satisfactory score on the GRE general aptitude examination
Demonstration of written communication proficiency
Demonstration of satisfactory English language proficiency (for non-English language applicants)
