International travel is defined as travel to, between, or within countries outside
the
United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and its territories and possessions.
University
foreign business travel must be authorized by the Tour Director,
Dean of School
offering credit, VP for Academic Administration, VP for Advancement,
University President and/or another designated committee. Employees
are
personally responsible that their travel arrangements meet travel
regulations
and that claims for reimbursements are accurate. For additional
information

the Business and
Financial Policies and Procedures manual.
