This examination schedule minimizes but does not completely eliminate
the possibility of examination conflicts. When examination conflicts
occur, students should consult the office of the dean of the school
in which they are enrolled.
Students are required to take the scheduled final examination
at the appointed time and place in order to secure credit. Exceptions
to the examination schedule are granted only by the office of the
dean of the school in which the students are enrolled and under
the following circumstances:a death in the immediate family; a documented
medical emergency demanding immediate attention; an examination
schedule covering courses totaling MORE THAN 12 units or
MORE THAN 3 examinations during one final examination day.
