On the first and third Fridays of each month (Sept. 5 & 19), the observatory will be hosting its Semi-monthly “Open Houses.” The observatory will be open from 8:00pm to 11:00pm.
These events are FREE and open to the public.
If the skies are clear, we expect to look
at
the
planet Jupiter and the moon.
- Where: The
observatory is located at the base of the mountain behind the
university (see map).
- When: It
is open on the first and third Friday of EVERY month (weather permitting)
from 8:00pm to 11:00pm.
- Schedule of events: 8:00 – 11:00 – We will be viewing the moon and stars.
