More than 30 La Sierra University student leaders spent Sabbath, September 15, taking part in community service projects with such organizations as:

  • Linda Valley Villa—spending time with senior citizens
  • Loma Linda Care Center—Providing a worship program for their residents.
  • Ronald McDonald Foundation—preparing lunch for the families of critically ill children.
  • Volunteering to help Curtis Alexander prepare, set-up, and serve lunch to the homeless.
  • Safehouse—helping to prepare food and mingling with at-risk teens.
