Director's Welcome
Dear Alumni and Friends,
Greetings from La Sierra University! As your Alumni Director I welcome the opportunity to serve you, and can't wait to meet you at Homecoming 2013, April 19-21, as we celebrate 50 years of Adventist Colleges Abroad (ACA). If you spent time at one of these campuses, please plan to attend Homecoming and share your stories. Countries include Argentina, Austria, Brazil, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Japan, Lebanon, Spain, Thailand, Ukraine, and United Kingdom.
Your alma mater continues to offer students a high quality liberal arts education that prepares them to engage the world in a life of service at home and abroad. In many diverse ways alumni play a crucial role in the university's success. We are grateful to all of you who share your time, talents, and resources. You really do make a difference.
If you have not given to the Alumni Annual Fund, I invite you to do that each year. Your yearly participation is necessary; our student's tuition only covers 75-80% of their education each year, so we depend on donations, endowments, scholarships, and other sources to completely finance each student. In addition, we are limited in our eligibility for grants and other education assistance without a good Annual Fund Participation rate. Thanks so much!
