Riverside, CA – La Sierra University placed third in the drama category for a decorated table at the Mayor’s Ball in Riverside, Ca. on Saturday, September 18. The ball’s theme was “Hollywood.”

“Our concept was from the movie Passion of the Christ,” says Jodi Cahill, director of Homebase Mission at La Sierra University. “Homebase created the table with Sarah Boloico coordinating the event. It was neat to be recognized for portraying Jesus.”

Cahill catered the meal for the event with cheese and crackers, bread, salad, soup, pie and sparkling grape juice.
