President of Riverside Community College in Riverside, California.
Dr. Rotella holds a Ph.D. degree in Political Science from the University
of Chicago. He has particular interest in comparative government
and public administration. His address to La Sierra University was
entitled “Higher Education at a Major Crossroad.”
