International Travel
International travel is defined as travel to, between, or within countries outside the United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and its territories and possessions. University foreign business travel must be authorized by the Tour Director, Dean of School offering credit, VP for Academic Administration, VP for Advancement, University President and/or another designated committee. Employees are personally responsible that their travel arrangements meet travel regulations and that claims for reimbursements are accurate. Instructions for Medical Release and History Forms
The Medical Treatment Authorization and the Medical History Forms are for students, traveling on a university sponsored trip, to complete and keep in possession of the university trip leader. These forms are to be used in the event of an emergency situation where the injured person may be unable to give permission or sign for medical treatment.
