Students, make it YOUR business to apply for scholarships. Individuals, alumni, corporations, foundations, and others donate money to La Sierra University specifically for student aid. Scholarship awards may range from $500 to $5,000, and will be presented at Awards Assembly on May 28, 2002. Application deadline is noon, March 1, 2002, no exceptions or extensions. Award criteria varied, but may include: GPA, financial need, enrollment, academic progress, student level. Contact the Student Financial Services Office for more information, 785-2175.

HPS scholarships, awards, and internships LSU's Department of History, Politics, and Society announces its 2002-2003 scholarships, awards, and internships competition. La Sierra University students and Department majors/minors should pick-up application forms at La Sierra Hall 325 for pre-law, secondary teaching, Latin American Studies, writing, and research scholarship opportunities. Applications for LSU's Legislative Internship, open to all LSU students, are also available. Application deadline is March 4, 2002.
