Library Systems

 

"Library Systems" is the technical designation for the major computerized activities and services performed by the Library. These include the maintenance and development of the Library's automation system, web site, and the databases and journal indexes provided by the Library.

The Library automation system is the most complex area because it comprises the online public access catalog, the automated circulation and reserve services, the interlibrary loan system, the acquisitions management system, the cataloging module, and the periodicals management module.

Jenni Subriar is the library systems manager, computer technician, and Innopac systems administrator and is responsible for the library's online catalog.
