Step 1

Once you receive notice of acceptance, send all your official transcripts ASAP to:

Step 2 - Placement Testing

English & Math Testing will be held every Tuesday, throughout the summer, at 9:15 a.m. & 1 p.m., in the Learning Support & Testing Center (LSTC).

• The need for testing is based on previous college-level English and/or Math. To sign up for the English and Math Placement Tests, please call the Learning Support & Testing Center at: (951) 785-2896.

• Each test requires a $20 fee and valid ID.

• If testing is not needed, call C-SAS for an advising appointment at: (951) 785-2452.

Step 3 - Academic Advising

Call the Center for Student Academic Success at (951) 785-2452 to make advising arrangements.

Step 4 - Registration Holds

Prior to registration for classes, you must contact the following departments in order to clear holds:

Step 5 - On-line Registration

Registration Dates: May 26th – September 19th. Late Registration fees September 22nd.

Classes fill up quickly so we highly recommend that you get tested, advised, clear holds, and register as soon as possible!

Step 6 - Orientation

Dates:
Monday, August 11th* & Thursday, September 11th

*Students who attend the August Orientation and register before the end of August may be eligible for a $300 scholarship.

Time:
8:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
(Lunch will be provided)

(Former Psychology Building across from LSU Church at the corner of Sierra Vista Ave. & Pierce St.)

The purpose of the Orientation is to help students become acquainted with our campus, its resources, and the Center for Student Academic Success.

You are also invited to IGNITE Sabbath Celebration.

La Sierra University will welcome the Sabbath with a 24-hour celebration, September 19-20! The IGNITE Sabbath Celebration starts with First Service and the Midnight Café on Friday night. It continues on Saturday morning with an amazing worship, a Veggie BBQ on the campus green, an afternoon music festival, and concludes Saturday night with sports, games, activities, and a pool party! Don’t Miss It!
