The Spiritual Life office is here to help when it comes to your needs. We offer guidance and words of wisdom to our students in need. If you would like to speak with Pastor Sam Leonor or Steve Hemenway, Assistant Campus Pastor, simply send us an email or stop by the Spiritual Life office in La Sierra Hall.


Just Ask!
Just Ask! started as a question and answer session where various spiritual inquiries were studied and answered with Biblical proof. Now, in addition, after the Q & A, an exciting topic is presented for discussion. Join us on Wednesdays at 7:30pm in the library upstairs, study room 323.

Reason Together
Reason Together is a Bible study and discussion group fused into one. Topics are presented in an open forum where one explores different dimensions and perspectives of important and intriguing issues. Join us on Tuesdays from 7:00-9:00pm in the library upstairs in study room 323.

Premarital Guidance

Getting married soon? We are glad to hear it, and let us be the first to offer our congratulations to the happy couple. Needing council? We offer premarital guidance. Pastor Sam Leonor is here to help you understand what you should expect from yourself, your spouse and your wedding. Believe us, he is married himself you know.
Spiritual Questions
We are young, we think we know all the answers, that is until we get our test results back, but it is impossible to know all there is to know about the Bible, God, Jesus, and the other spiritually important aspects of our lives.

If you have a question of faith, love, hate, guilt, sin, or any other religious matters, feel free to stop by the Spiritual Life office in La Sierra Hall and set up an appointment to speak with Pastor Sam Leonor or Steve Hemenway, the Assistant Chaplain. Each of them are ready for any question that you might have and enjoy speaking with students.

Baptismal Studies
Interested in getting baptized, or maybe you have felt the desire to get baptized for quite some time. Well wait no more! Spiritual Life offer Baptismal Studies with Pastor Sam Leonor. If you would like more information about getting baptized, swing by the office or contact Emily Peterson.

Bible Studies
Feeling the need to discover the Word of God? Want to understand God's love for humanity? Or maybe you have a biblical question that you would like answered. Whatever the case may be, Bible Studies are offered by the Spiritual Life office. Contact Emily Peterson or stop by the Spiritual Life office at LSH 206 to set up an appointment.
