Upgrade & Maintenance Schedule

Modules upgrades will be applied when SunGard SCT releases new major or mini upgrades. Banner will NOT be available during modules upgrades and usually are carried out during the weekend.  All upgrades are applied in TEST database before applying the Production database.  Notices will be sent to departmental heads or supervisors at least 4 weeks in advance and each department must perform module testing and review the user release guides.  Please contact or email the Database Administrator 1 week in advance before the actual upgrades if you or your staff need to work on during the upgrades period.
