FWS REQUIRED - Several students sought to tutor elementary school students, in the surrounding Alvord Unified School District (AUSD), in Reading. Must be able to read and successfully teach reading skills. Previous experience working with children is required. Patience, creativity, excellent communication skills and the ability to follow directions, required. Clerical test in Human Resources, required. Must have reliable transportation. Student Literature Evangelist

Student sought to contact perspective students from Spanish speaking countries and help them with the enrollment process, to assist current students with their needs, to implement a marketing plan for the territory assigned, and to complete other office tasks, as assigned. Experience and FWS, preferred. Must possess excellent English skills. Should speak/write/read Spanish, be computer literate (MS Office) and familiar with Banner. Clerical Test in HR, required with 100% in Alpha/Numeric Filing & Proofreading; 80% in Basic Math & Petty Cash; and 55 wpm in Typing. Excellent organizational skills, flexibility and attention to detail, required.  Must be able to work well under pressure, understand culture differences in Spanish speaking countries and understand the process of international admissions. FALL 2009 several students needed to provide supervision of anyone using the HES pool and to test and maintain pool chemical balance. Must be punctual and dependable. Must have current First Aid, CPR, and Lifeguard certification cards. Must follow correct procedures for pool operation. Previous experience is required. Campus Assistant Patrol Rookie
(CAP Rookie)

To help provide immediate assistance to the University community, on campus, by responding to calls that the regular patrol officer would respond to. To provide escorts for people, perform jump-starts and car open-ups, and enforce parking regulations. Assist regular officers with some building lock-ups, as necessary. Make reports, as necessary. Must be able to type 25 wpm, or more. Current CA Driver License, required. No criminal record. First Aid and CPR certified. Receive Guard Card training. Must be 18 or older.
