Description |

Contact perspective students from Spain and help them with the enrollment process. Assist current students with their needs and complete other office tasks, as assigned.

Skill

Should be able to speak, read and write in Spanish. Must be computer literate (MS Office). Training on BANNER preferred. Clerical test in HR, required with scores of 100% in Alpha Filing, Numeric Filing & Proofreading; 80% in Basic Math & Petty Cash and 55wpm in typing. Must have excellent organization skills, the ability to work under pressure, flexibility and attention-to-detail.

Must currently be a registered student at La Sierra University.

Willing to train.

Physical |
| |
Sitting and phone/computer use for long periods of time. Must be able to perform repetitious, small movements related to dialing, picking up, holding and putting down a phone; data entry throughout the duration of the shift. Mental alertness while entering data on computer. Indoor office environment.
