COTTAGES
1 bedroom, ¾ bath unfurnished cottages equipped with stove, refrigerator, window shades and window unit air conditioner. Complex has laundry room and general storage room. Within walking distance from campus. Rent is $725 per month. Utilities are included (gas, electric, water, sewer and trash). Cleaning/security deposit of $125 is required prior to move in. NO PETS ALLOWED.
WALNUT
GROVE APARTMENTS
2 bedroom, 1 bath unfurnished apartments equipped with stove, refrigerator, vertical blinds and air conditioner. Appliances in Walnut Grove are all electric. Rent is $800-$850 per month and includes water and trash pick up only. Tenant is responsible for electricity, sewer and any other charges they incur. Complex has a laundry room and a storage room with individual bins for each apartment. Cleaning/security deposit of $175 is required prior to move in. NO PETS ALLOWED.
SIERRA
VISTA APARTMENTS
1, 2, and 3 bedroom unfurnished apartments equipped with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, vertical blinds and central air and heat. Utilities are included and consist of gas, electric, water, sewer and trash. Complex has laundry room and security gates. Monthly rent and cleaning/security deposits vary depending upon the size of the apartment. Specific costs are listed below. NO PETS ALLOWED.

HOUSES/DUPLEXES
The University also rents 26 houses and duplexes. The rents and deposits vary depending upon the size, age, etc. of the individual unit. Pets are allowed at the houses and duplexes with prior consent of the Director of Housing and with additional pet deposit paid by the tenant in the amount of $500. For more information on the houses and duplexes, call the Director of Housing.
*PLEASE NOTE* Housing is extremely limited. It is advisable to apply up to one year in advance in order to have a better chance of receiving your choice of housing options.
