Council on the Teaching of Foreign Languages HQ The "ACTFL" test is an option for LSU students who want to test out of a foreign language. Up to 8 units of credit can be earned by La Sierra University students taking this 30-minutes test over the telephone in our center. La Sierra University is an open testing site for LSU students and those from neighboring communities. To schedule an appointment, please call (951) 785-2453, or come into the LSTC to pick up an application. To secure a testing appointment, students must pay a non-refundable proctoring fee. Monday -Thursday: 8:30am-4:30pm Friday: 8:30am-11:30pm (Test must fit into Prcotor's schedule for that particular day) Language Testing International General Information
